Watch: Netflix is using a smartwatch to track your energy consumption

We’re constantly being bombarded with ads on social media, but with so many apps and devices, tracking energy usage isn’t always easy.

Luckily, Netflix has found a way to track you, by using a wearable that measures your energy usage.

Using a smartphone app, Netflix’s app can automatically log your activity to the device.

This data can then be tracked to track energy usage and how you feel throughout the day.

This information can then help guide future energy purchases.

The Fitbit is available in two sizes: $159 for the white Fitbit Band, or $149 for the pink Fitbit Light.

The Fitbit can be worn on its own or in conjunction with the FitBit Charge HR for $49.99.

The Light can also be worn with the Apple Watch Series 2 or with the Samsung Gear S3.
